We wish to inform you that we have an agreement with “SAN MARCO GARAGE” parking area in Piazzale Roma (Venice bus station).
You can book and pre-pay (strongly recommended) the parking spot directly through the following website:

and you will get an immediate 10% discount. Otherwise you can get the same discount upon departure by showing the hotel bill at the parking desk.
Alternatively, in Piazzale Roma you can find the Parking Comunale or Tronchetto (5 minutes from Piazzale Roma). We would like to inform you that parking at Tronchetto does not accept reservations.
In order to reach our hotel from Piazzale Roma you can either take a private water cab directly to the hotel pier (price around 90 euro) or the public transportation boat nr. 2 (9,50 euro per person) and get off at the “Rialto” stop:
when you exit Rialto stop, turn immediately left and take the second street on the right. You will reach a square called “San Bartolomeo”. Go through the square heading to the right side and you will see the Oyshpo Store. On the left side of this store there is a narrow street called “Calle Stagnieri o della Fava”..Take this narrow street and go straight, over the small bridge and you will see our hotel on the left just after the bridge.
